AIM is committed to ensuring greater representation in the ownership and management of the Firm. To this end, the Firm strives to continually seek opportunities to expand its black empowerment programme.
Human Resources Development Programme
The Firm's humans resources development programme programme is aimed at developing its own staff to thier full potential and to also serve the broader communities within South Africa.
- The firm provides in-house training to staff members necessary for thier advancement within the AIM group, as well as the opportunity to attend external training courses.
- AIM attempts to redress the existing imbalance in the firm between staff members drawn from disadvantaged backgrounds and other staff, by giving preference to the former when candidates who are equal in all other respects are being considered for an appointment
